TRADE FAIRS: ICE’18

During the largest international charter business trade fair, ICE’18 held in Zagreb at the beginning of November, Premium Yacht Insurance introduced itself to all the present charter companies and majority of agencies. We also introduced recent our interesting insurance product created in cooperation with Pantaenius Group - a personal liability insurance for skippers which instantly includes insurance of charter payment in case of possible unavailability of desired boat, for ANY POSSIBLE reason. It is, therefore, much better and safer insurance method for the client than former YP Partner List, which we had been offering since recently.

In that case, in order to ensure refund of the charter payment to the client, he has to check if his agency together with charter company were on that list, which has largely been complicating the refund process. If mentioned conditions were fulfilled, the client would get his money back only if it is about INSOLVENCY of those two companies, while in other cases there is no any protection! In case of having a Pantaenius insurance policy the client does not need to be bothered if the reason is insolvency, account blocking or even a strike - if he does not manage to get the boat he paid for or the amount he paid from charter company or agency - he gets his money back according to charter cancellation insurance.
