Tailor made service - the quickest in the Adriatic!

It has been little bit more than six months since positive changes happened in our company, starting from introduction of new brand – Premium Yacht Insurance by Jack Šurija, which has become recognizable and very well accepted by our partners in a short time, to expansion of our offerings with fresh products and services such as charter insurance, created in cooperation with our reputable partner, Pantaenius Group.

Since then we have also further improved organization and efficiency of our business and our hardworking employees, which is particularly beneficial to you, our precious customers and business partners. By these changes we made possible that in the shortest possible time you as a customer receive our exclusive service of nautical insurance. Thus we are able to quickly and efficiently respond to all your needs and requests. All this additionally raises already high level of our services and clearly demonstrates our efforts to stay ahead of others in the sector, whereby modernization is necessary.

We would also like to point out a fact that Premium Yacht Insurance by Jack Šurija is now the only marine insurance company in the region capable of completing issuance process of the “tailor made” insurance policy in less than two hours. In this case most common and most practical mode of communication is by phone, which allows us to easily and promptly perform interview with the customer in order to collect all the relevant data for policy issuance, but we also often use e-mail as well which is important in order to check data accuracy.

After that according to data collected we “tailor“ requested offer, send it to customer for his verification and signature in case he accepts it, and simultaneously we take care of GDPR details for protection of personal data. In the end we issue completed and valid insurance policy, we send it immediately by e-mail and then by postal service as well. Altogether, described process takes no longer than two hours which is sometimes crucial for some of our customers, in order to have all the boat documentation ready on time. Such promptness and efficiency are not offered by anybody else in the Adriatic!
