Compulsory liability insurance in accordance with Croatian law

This insurance will reimburse the damage according to the regulations on compensation for damages from liabilities, if during use of boat or yacht listed in the insurance policy and due to liability of user, has occurred body injury, damage to health or death of third person.

Third parties are not considered to be persons who are on board of boat or yacht which caused the damage, as well as persons which are on board of other boat, yacht, ship or other craft which according to Art. 41. of the Law are not considered as third parties.
